- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market risks and opportunities using predictive analytics
- Architect innovation pipelines targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented strategy implementations
