Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead quarterly trend analysis workshops with 15+ department heads to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce annual Future State Reports synthesifying AI, biotech, and quantum computing impacts
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps for new market entry into emerging economies
- Present strategic futures to investors and stakeholders through dynamic data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend interpretation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
