As a key member of our Strategy Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate technological shifts, market disruptions, and societal changes through 2026 and beyond. You'll develop actionable frameworks that empower data-driven decision-making while inspiring cross-functional teams to embrace innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning models for strategic resilience in volatile environments
- Design and execute trend-forecasting workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with business objectives
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused business strategy
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of trend-forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic risk modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-suite decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects
