Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite leadership and cross-functional teams
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Reports with data-driven trend forecasting and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation roadmaps with long-term societal trajectories
- Facilitate high-stakes workshops with Fortune 500 partners on future-proofing their organizations
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 and beyond
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative/qualitative trend modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
