Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for technological, environmental, and socio-economic trends post-2025
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce horizon-scanning reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for long-term strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and sustainable design principles
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
