- Produce quarterly Horizon Scans mapping emerging opportunities and risks
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market demands
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry conferences
- Build a proprietary database of 2026-relevant signals and indicators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated 2020+ impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategy
