Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Monitor global disruptors and competitive landscapes through quantitative and qualitative research
- Present compelling narratives to influence decision-making and secure buy-in for transformational projects
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of foresight initiatives on organizational growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex future scenarios into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives influenced by future forecasting
