Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight into strategic priorities and KPIs
- Publish thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms and societal impacts
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with engineering, design, and product teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent preferred
