Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on emerging socio-technological trends
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation hubs
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' predicting market disruptions and opportunities for 2026
- Design and implement cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026-use-case development
- Spearhead internal 'Future Literacy' programs to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
- Represent InnovateTech at Davos, CES, and other global future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
