As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and venture partners to build actionable frameworks for navigating the next frontier of human-machine collaboration, sustainable ecosystems, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-state capabilities
- Produce thought leadership reports and predictive models for industry-specific innovation portfolios
- Establish KPI frameworks to track emerging trend adoption and strategic preparedness
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen business models
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and tech summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using frameworks like Delphi, STEEP, or horizon scanning
- Deep technical fluency in AI, Web3, climate tech, or biotechnology convergence domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
