As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities across technology, markets, and human behavior. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation plans
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and policy bodies
- Champion future-ready culture through internal thought leadership programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or APF) strongly preferred
