Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry evolution through 2026+
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for high-impact future states and black swan events
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Present actionable foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional development
