Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026 tech disruptions across AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' strategic whitepapers
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Advocate ethical futurism principles in corporate decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Trend Matrix methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on emerging tech impact (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with neurodiversity-inclusive design thinking
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ 5-year future-vision projects
- Certification in Applied Foresight (preferred)
