- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Present trend analyses to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish foresight frameworks using scenario planning and data-driven modeling
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with future-facing focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
