- Lead scenario planning workshops and communicate complex insights to diverse stakeholders
- Monitor innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Produce actionable reports and presentations guiding organizational adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend mapping methodologies
- Proven experience translating future insights into executable strategies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
