Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications and present trend analyses to global stakeholders

- Cultivate an internal 'Futures Council' of cross-functional domain experts
- Quantify strategic opportunities through predictive analytics and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-technical shifts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight work
