Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration) and commercial viability
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Author quarterly trend reports with predictive models and market disruption insights
- Design and implement innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry roundtables
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published work in futurism or strategic innovation (journal articles, books)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
