Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into executable product roadmaps and business models
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to expand foresight capabilities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-driven analytics and human intelligence networks
- Champion a culture of future-readiness across the organization through training and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or relevant innovation frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
