- Author annual 'Future Horizons' whitepapers influencing R&D priorities and capital allocation
- Maintain competitive intelligence ecosystem tracking global innovation ecosystems and emerging threats
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology forecasting role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies (portfolio required)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, climate tech
