- Produce quarterly trend briefings and strategic roadmaps for board-level review
- Identify disruptive opportunities across product development, operations, and customer experience
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFrA) or equivalent practical experience
