Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models and risk mitigation frameworks for multi-year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state visions and implementation priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation products and service concepts
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic foresight effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) preferred
