Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) in business operations
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist research team to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive narratives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation strongly preferred
- Track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
