- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and climate innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly objectives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for stakeholder engagement
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-proof business models
- Represent company at global foresight forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists in research methodologies and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizon scanning platforms, Delphi methods)
