Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning for 2026 technological and societal disruptions

- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing business operations
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board committees
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with 2026 market needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Design immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent experience
