Responsibilities

- Present compelling trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Champion innovation culture by facilitating workshops on future trends and strategic adaptation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact strategic documents and visualizations translating complex future states
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic adaptation methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
