Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational resilience for the 2026 horizon and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and social paradigms
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future disruptions
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for executive leadership and board committees
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and strategic progress
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging technologies for acquisition
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future technology or societal transformation
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term digital transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
