Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework scanning AI, quantum, and biotech disruptions
- Design future-state business models for climate-positive economies and human augmentation ecosystems
- Lead quarterly scenario-planning workshops with global innovation teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers on ethical governance of AGI and neurotech integration
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Advocate for sustainable innovation practices across all product lifecycles
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and Singularity University summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Published work on exponential technologies or ethical AI governance
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial ventures
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives launched to market
- Fluency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
