- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Establish a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) strongly preferred
