Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate resilience
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and external stakeholders with data-backed scenarios
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development pipelines
- Establish global networks of futurists, academics, and startup founders for trend intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven future-tech deployment
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or circular economy systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field certification
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight frameworks or commercialized future-facing products
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for experimental innovation initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
