- Quantify future market risks and opportunities using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with actionable implementation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce quarterly future-state reports with impact assessments on business operations
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and nurturing emerging talent and technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic planning for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in predictive modeling and data visualization tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
