Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global market disruptors
- Design scenario-planning models for multi-industry convergence
- Present future-state insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with futurist communities and research institutions
- Integrate future intelligence into product development and business strategy
- Monitor and report on early indicators of technological and social tipping points
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or societal evolution
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
