- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Curate and deliver executive briefings on future workforce transformation strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen capabilities
- Measure and report on innovation ROI using predictive analytics and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Horizon Scanning)
