Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their commercial viability by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market disruptions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D organizations
- Monitor global innovation trends and competitive technology landscapes
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
