Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging tech paradigms (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum internet)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with market disruption timelines
- Present future scenarios to Fortune 500 clients and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our 2026 Future Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in launching at least two paradigm-shifting tech products
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety, and climate tech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier
- Experience with venture-scale innovation (>$10M ARR impact)
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sciences
- Certification in Ethics in AI or Quantum Computing Architecture
