Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for industry transformation across 5 key verticals
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven predictions and strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early trend detection
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
- Published thought leadership on future technology scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong network of futurists and technologists across Silicon Valley
