Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone and email.
- Learn and demonstrate our proprietary software and troubleshooting protocols.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to solve complex client issues.
- Attend daily training sessions and complete assigned coursework.
- Document all support interactions and track client progress.
- Identify upsell opportunities within your client portfolio.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer proficiency and internet navigation skills.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
