Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks after completing our certification program
- Manage inventory using our digital tracking systems with hands-on guidance
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives during training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Willingness to complete paid 4-week training program
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided!
