Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using our digital tracking system
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend operations
- Complete training modules on new equipment and processes
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training)
