Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack, seal, and label packages according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise in designated areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: No prior warehouse or logistics experience required; training provided.
