Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and sort packages and freight using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills; ability to work well within a team.
