Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise from delivery trucks to designated storage areas.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse inventory system.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Scan and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform routine checks on storage shelves to ensure stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience is required. We value attitude and work ethic over past history.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to perform simple math calculations.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
