Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and logs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliability: A track record of punctual attendance and dependability.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors.
