Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operating material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely.
- Performing inventory counts and maintaining stock organization.
- Ensuring the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborating with the shift lead to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read instructions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
