Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and clutter-free to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
