Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders by selecting, packing, and labeling items for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are replenished.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from damage.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Skills: Good reading and comprehension skills for following safety labels and pick lists.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in a professional setting.
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to start a career in logistics and supply chain management.
