Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing training
- Accurately manage inventory counts and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend shift targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and shipping operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 8am-5pm
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
