Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive Sales Performance: actively engage with customers to promote products and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Utilize Training Materials: Apply the skills learned during our comprehensive paid training to demonstrate products effectively.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by following established visual merchandising standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately using POS systems and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor managers and colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attitude: A positive, eager-to-learn mindset with a focus on professional development.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
