Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution center.
- Perform inventory checks, stock replenishment, and order picking with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments according to company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours as needed.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
