Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly and efficiently at the register.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a tidy store appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to reorder needs.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the register at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
