Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain digital records.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in organizing office materials and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Complete assigned training modules to master company protocols.
